Cathryn is the director of product and data business development for the Data Mining & Analytics team. In her current capacity, she manages the execution of work product development and works to support team growth by identifying areas for business opportunities and pitching Gryphon’s unique data analytics services. Prior to joining the DMA team three years ago, Cathryn worked in varying capacities for both government and non-governmental organizations where she gained years of experience in data analysis, technical writing, and client communications and outreach.
During her time at Gryphon, Cathryn has worn many hats, ranging from performing data analysis using SQL to drafting legal language as well as narrative and statistical analysis for expert reports entered into court record. She has also worked in litigation support at Gryphon where she’s conducted a series of comprehensive interviews with various witnesses for a number of complex civil matters. Cathryn is also proud to serve on Gryphon’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force.
Cathryn graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Civilization and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama. She also did post-baccalaureate studies at Columbia University where she concentrated in International Affairs and Security Studies.
