Krystal Weber joined Gryphon in 2026 and is a director for Gryphon’s BIA business intelligence team. She has more than 20 years of experience working with private and fortune 500 companies in domestic and global business operations as well as open source and due diligence research.

Prior to joining Gryphon, Krystal served as Director of Investment Intelligence Operations at Business Intelligence Advisors (BIA), where she oversaw investigative operations supporting private equity and corporate clients. Krystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Michigan.
