Laura Marvelli joined Gryphon in 2015 and is a key member of the litigation support and investigations team. In this role, she locates and interviews potential witnesses for civil suits, conducts discreet source inquires, and gathers human intelligence. Laura manages a variety of case work for our legal clients including securities fraud, false claims, criminal misconduct, commercial litigation and asset recovery. Laura was previously on the due diligence team where she directly managed numerous pre-transactional domestic and international due diligence cases. Prior to that role, Laura managed a team of investigators working on a high-volume project focused on verifying the sources of wealth of private wealth banking clientele.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Laura worked as a field surveillance investigator, conducting investigations related to workers’ compensation and disability fraud. Laura graduated magna cum laude from Marist College with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology.
