Nicole Moss joined Gryphon in 2020 as a partner for the firm’s litigation support and investigations practice group, having spent the previous three years at Cowley Advisory Group in Los Angeles. Nicole specializes in litigation support, social media intelligence, due diligence, internal investigations, locates of hard to find individuals, asset tracing, and corporate monitoring. Nicole has over 12 years of experience in the investigations and legal fields, and has worked with major law firms, Fortune 500 corporations, financial institutions, government organizations, and celebrity and high net-worth clients.

Her case experience includes matters involving deep dive social media research and preservation, proprietary and open-source research and analysis, witness interviews, field investigations, and management of surveillance operations. Prior to joining Gryphon, Nicole was a director of research for an international investigations firm. She began her career working at leading southern California and Chicago law firms. Nicole holds a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from Swarthmore College.
