Pablo E. Gil de Montes, JD, LLM is a managing director and co-head of Gryphon’s D.C. and Miami offices and Latin American practice. Pablo brings more than 15 years of experience managing all stages of discovery in multi-jurisdictional and investigative matters involving financial fraud, bribery, corruption and antitrust. Pablo has conducted anti-corruption engagements throughout Africa, Europe, Middle East, South America and Asia, leveraging a unique range of expertise in compliance, accounting, data analytics and interviewing. 

Pablo is a regular speaker at conferences, webinars and has given numerous presentations on compliance and anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and ethics. He has been quoted in publications and news articles in Peru and Europe. Pablo graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law earning JD and LLM degrees. He is also trained in civil law with a JD-equivalent degree from the Universidad de Lima in Peru. Pablo is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in Italian and proficient in Portuguese.
