Shannon Lally joined Gryphon in 2026 and is an associate for Gryphon’s BIA business intelligence team. She specializes in open-source investigations and continuous monitoring.

Prior to joining Gryphon, Shannon supported the Investment Intelligence team at Business Intelligence Advisors (BIA), where she conducted U.S.-focused open-source investigations and contributed to the team’s Continuous Monitoring program. She previously supported BIA’s Research team by utilizing technical-based analysis to evaluate investigative materials. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Boston College and a Master of Arts in English from Northeastern University. She also speaks conversational Italian and elementary Irish.
