Samuel Bloebaum joined Gryphon in 2023 and conducts complex due diligence investigations for the regions he covers, specializing in reputational due diligence and the intricacies of political exposure. During his time at Gryphon, Sam has spearheaded investigations into ultra-high-net-worth individuals, offshore shell companies, sovereign wealth funds, and executives accused of bribery and financial fraud.

Prior to joining Gryphon, Sam spent several years conducting due diligence investigations in Arabic-, Spanish-, and English-speaking jurisdictions around the world. He also conducted open-source intelligence research for D.C.-based national security think tanks while completing a Master of Arts at George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs, concentrating in the Middle East and International Economics. He also has a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Vanderbilt University.
