Amanda Neller joined Gryphon in 2026 and is an associate director for Gryphon’s BIA business intelligence team. She brings more than 20 years of investigative experience spanning law enforcement, criminal investigations, business intelligence, and corporate due diligence.

Prior to joining Gryphon, Amanda served as Open Source (OS) Operations Manager with the Investment Intelligence team at Business Intelligence Advisors (BIA), where she led complex domestic due diligence investigations supporting mergers and acquisitions, executive appointments, and other high-risk business decisions. Her investigative background provides a unique perspective in evaluating court records, legal proceedings, and public records to explain the significance of investigative findings. Amanda has also led investigator training, quality assurance, workflow management, and process improvement initiatives. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Radford University.
