Arad Mor joined Gryphon in 2025 and specializes in Know Your Customer (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) due diligence, and reputational risk research across domestic and international markets. Prior to joining Gryphon, Arad served as a due diligence consultant at a major North American banking institution, conducting in-depth investigation into high-risk clients. Previously, Arad spent over four years in corporate due diligence, managing complex research projects across domestic and international jurisdictions on high-profile entities and individuals in the alternative investments industry. 

Arad earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, specializing in Neuroscience from the University of Florida.
