Ashlyn Chapman joined Gryphon in 2025 and currently serves as Director on the firm’s Due Diligence team. Ashlyn brings over a decade of experience in conducting comprehensive due diligence investigations, with expertise spanning both pre-employment and pre-investment contexts.

Prior to joining Gryphon, Ashlyn held a leadership role at a global due diligence firm, where she managed both domestic and international investigative teams. In this role, she played a key part in developing and implementing protocols that enhanced operational efficiency and streamlined investigative workflows.

Ashlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration, with a concentration in administrative management and a minor in women’s studies, from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
