Erick Nawrocki is a partner and co-lead of Gryphon’s litigation support and investigations group. During his 20-year career, Erick has managed complex investigations in both the public and private sectors, including life insurance fraud, official misconduct, asset traces, and a wide variety of litigation support matters, both civil and criminal. Erick has been employed with Gryphon since 2006, providing strategic direction and staff development, while managing the explosive growth of the company across the various service sectors.

Prior to joining Gryphon, Erick was a Supervising Investigator for the New York City Civilian Complaint Review Board, where he oversaw investigations into allegations of misconduct by New York City Police Department officers. Erick is a graduate of American University.
