Katelynn Ketterman joined Gryphon in 2026 and is a senior associate for Gryphon’s BIA business intelligence team. She has experience in Insider Threat and background investigations for the United States government.

Prior to joining Gryphon, Katelynn served as a Project Manager with the Investment Intelligence team at Business Intelligence Advisors (BIA), supporting complex due diligence and investigative engagements. Prior to joining BIA, Katelynn was involved in complex insider threat investigations, personnel clearance background investigations, and facility clearance investigations for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. Katelynn holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, Law and Society with a minor in Forensic Psychology from George Mason University.
