Katie Reynolds joined Gryphon in 2025 as Director of Accounting, where she leads the firm’s financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting efforts. With 20 years of accounting experience, Katie works closely with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with Gryphon’s goals. She previously held senior roles at leading firms, managing complex financial projects and driving process improvements. Katie holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from the University of Arizona, and she is a Certified Public Accountant.
