Katy Esquivel joined Gryphon in 2026 and is an associate for Gryphon’s BIA business intelligence team. She has more than 20 years of experience conducting background screening.

Prior to joining Gryphon, Katy supported the Investment Intelligence team at Business Intelligence Advisors (BIA), first as an independent contractor before transitioning into a full-time investigator. She conducts domestic open-source investigations and public records research throughout the Americas, including county, state, and federal civil and criminal record searches supporting pre-investment due diligence engagements.
