Paris specializes in M&A due diligence for high profile domestic and international entities and executives, pre-employment background checks, and financial compliance reviews.

Paris holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Baylor University with a minor in International Relations, and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from American University, with a concentration in Latin American Foreign Policy.
