Richard Napotnik joined Gryphon in 2024, having spent the previous 3+ years at a global investigations and due diligence firm. Richard specializes in conducting research into high-profile public individuals and corporate entities to assess reputational risk for Gryphon’s clients. Richard’s role primarily includes conducting research and investigations, related to pre-transactional due diligence, corruption compliance, and financial compliance.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters in Public and Internatoinal Affairs from University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
