Stephen Ring joined Gryphon in 2026 and is a senior associate for Gryphon’s BIA business intelligence team. He has more than 30 years of experience supporting financial research, market intelligence, reporting, and news operations.

Prior to joining Gryphon, Stephen served as a research associate with the Investment Intelligence team at Business Intelligence Advisors (BIA), where he conducted pre-investment due diligence. Throughout his career, Stephen has served in a variety of research and analytical roles, including municipal news and energy market reporting, loan analysis, and content indexing. His experience in research and information management supports complex investigative and due diligence engagements. Stephen holds a Master of Library and Information Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Montclair State University.
