Based in Gryphon’s London office, Louisa Coward specializes in investigative due diligence, strategic intelligence, litigation support, and fraud, corruption and financial crime investigations. Before joining Gryphon, she ran her own MENA-focused corporate intelligence consultancy, where she supported clients in managing their reputational, legal and regulatory risks across a range of sectors.

Louisa began her career at a market-leading, New York-based intelligence firm, before taking up financial crime investigations roles at banks in the UK and Switzerland, and most recently with a London law firm where she worked in immigration, employment and public law, and advised clients on navigating regulation and disputes.

Louisa speaks Arabic and French and has lived and worked in the Middle East. She has a BA in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies with Russian from Cambridge University and is a qualified solicitor.
